This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder fails to ensure that her home environment is safe and suitable for minded children. The space available to care for children is limited and is not organised to make sure that all children have appropriate resources, space to play and have appropriate space to rest. In addition, there are risks in the environment which the childminder is aware of and has not taken action to address. This does not support the safety of children. n The childminder does not ensure that all children are provided with appropriate meals, particularly when they are spending long periods of time in her care. This does not promote an inclusive approach to meeting children's individual welfare needs. n Since the last inspection, the childminder has made improvements, as she now ensures that there are appropriate records in place for all minded children. This includes daily records of children's attendance and making sure that appropriate

suitability checks for all adults living in the home are initiated in a timely way. n The childminder has an understanding of how to safeguard children should she have concerns about their welfare. She explains how she will plan to share information with parents, to support the learning and progress of children in her care.

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
