This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder has failed to obtain the required information for each child in her care to ensure the safe and effective management of the childcare. n The childminder does not have the required documentation available for inspection by Ofsted at the premises. n The childminder knows the signs of child abuse and is clear about her responsibility to safeguard children in her care. She is clear about the local referral procedures to report any concerns in a child's life. n The childminder explains how she intends to plan activities and assess the progress of individual children in her care, in partnership with parents. She is familiar with the progress check for children aged between two and three years. n The childminder explains how she manages children's behaviour using positive re- enforcement and praise to help children to learn about right and wrong.

p.1

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.

p.1
