providing information about the childminding policies and procedures. The childminder intends to provide regular progress summary reports, such as the progress check for children aged between two and three years. The childminder has suitable plans in place for accessing further relevant training and for continuing to work with the local adviser to help her monitor, evaluate and develop the quality of her provision. This demonstrates her motivation to maintain the improvements she has made so far and to continue to improve further. There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states
