Social Responsibility and Community Cohesion

Thank you for your hospitality and co-operation during my recent visit. I was particularly grateful to you and all your staff for the hard work involved in preparing for the visit and for giving up your time during the visit to meet me. Please pass on my thanks to all those concerned, including your students.

Social Responsibility and Community Cohesion

The visit provided much useful evidence for the further development of community cohesion. I noted, in particular:

p.1

Social Responsibility and Community Cohesion

 Leaders and staff have created a very positive, inclusive and harmonious ethos where different cultures and religions are celebrated – this enables students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of diversity.

p.1

Social Responsibility and Community Cohesion

p.1

Social Responsibility and Community Cohesion

 Strong knowledge and understanding of the school community is used to provide high quality induction, personalised support and guidance for students and tailored programmes for parents.

p.1

Social Responsibility and Community Cohesion

 The school provides an extensive range of enrichment opportunities. It is now well placed to analyse participation rates in activities to inform further development and to maximise student engagement.
