Features of good practice observed

 The strong commitment of yourself, your ‘enterprise champion’ and other teachers to developing enterprise education throughout the school.  The strong focus on using enterprise education to promote better teaching and learning and raising achievement.  Pupils’ enjoyment and enthusiasm engendered by engaging in an excellent range of enterprise projects.  The increased motivation of pupils, for example in their writing, generated through their involvement in real projects, such as organising and running a disco.  The use made by teachers and pupils of the Rotherham Ready enterprise capabilities to identify the skills being developed in lessons.
