Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 14 October 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had strengthened policies and procedures in relation to safer eating, allergies and food preferences. Staff had implemented robust practices to ensure that any allergies are managed appropriately. The provider uses individual care plans that are shared with all staff. This information is collated and shared with all parents when their child first starts at the setting. As a result of the action taken, this helps to support children's welfare and minimis risks for children.
