On 6 October 2026, we conducted a regulatory visit. The purpose of the visit was to check whether the whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. The provider has introduced a new checklist to ensure all allegations are reported to Ofsted in a timely manner. The provider has completed a range of training with all staff regarding children's behaviour and is actively working with staff to embed their knowledge. This includes when to use physical intervention and how to record this. Induction procedures have been updated and an oversight tool is now in place for wider leaders. On the visit all records were easily accessible and available.
