Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 April 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, safer eating and risk assessment. On 23 April 2026, the provider notified us about separate matters relating to risk assessment, accident or injury and staff: child ratios. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 October 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has strengthened children's mealtime preparation and routines. They have revisited food handling procedures with staff in advance of further refresher food handling and food hygiene training. Leaders have reinforced risk assessments and ensured individual children's special dietary requirements information is visible and understood by all staff.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
