Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 5 and 12 October 2026, we carried out regulatory visits. The focus of the visits were to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider has ensured that all staff, including those responsible for safeguarding have improved their knowledge and skills. Additional training has been sought and attended to ensure that staff understand what constitutes a safeguarding concern and how to respond appropriately. New procedures for safer eating and sleeping have been implemented. Staffing arrangements have been changed at mealtimes, to ensure that children are appropriately supervised. Doorbells have been added to upstairs rooms to alert other staff if help is needed and to prevent staff needing to leave the room when children are asleep. These new practices help to ensure children are safe. The provider has reflected on the key-person system and made changes to ensure children's
