Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 29 May and 17 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff:child ratio, key person, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 12 October 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was meeting requirements. However, during the regulatory visit, we found a new area of concern relating to child absences. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. The provider had taken action to put this right. Leaders have reinforced with staff the importance of monitoring children's attendance in line with the setting's policies and procedures. Additional training has been completed, with further training planned to ensure continued understanding and compliance. Information has also been shared with parents regarding their responsibility to notify the setting when their child is absent. This helps to ensure that children's attendance is closely monitored, supporting their safety and wellbeing.
