What this report says

In plain English

positive

Limetrees Services has met its compliance notices after a monitoring visit, though some earlier requirements remain to be reviewed.

This unannounced monitoring visit checked the provider's progress against three compliance notices issued after a July 2026 inspection. Several other requirements from the previous inspection were restated and will be reviewed at the next inspection.

Going well

  • Management oversight has improved, with monthly supervision for all staff.
  • A matching risk assessment tool now supports decisions about referrals and admissions.
  • Safer recruitment processes are in place and staff files have been updated.
  • Serious incidents are responded to promptly, with a system to inform safeguarding professionals and Ofsted.
  • The child spoken to said living in the accommodation was 'chill' and they are involved in planning.

To improve

  • Continue to embed the systems established to meet the compliance notices.
  • Restated requirements on safeguarding, risk assessment and staff knowledge must be met by 12 October 2026.
  • Restated requirements on training, case records and quality of support reviews must be met by 12 October 2026.
