Summary of outcome
On 2 October 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has taken steps to ensure all staff complete training in relation to the safeguarding policy and procedures. Leaders have introduced a staff policy for the introduction of appropriate conduct and behaviour, which all staff have referred to and agreed to implement. Leaders have addressed their responsibility to ensure notification of required matters are shared with relevant agencies within a timely manner, especially when there is no reasonable excuse. Regular and purposeful staff supervision has been introduced for all staff. This ensures all staff understand their roles and responsibilities. and supports children's safety and wellbeing. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
