Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 13 August 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to staff: child ratios and, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. This notification mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 October 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Leaders have revised procedures when children are in the garden to strengthen children's supervision. Leaders have re-trained staff on the procedures to follow to ensure children are adequately supervised, including during busy times of the day such as when parents or carers are collecting children. Leaders now publish visual records of child: staff ratios on 'headcount boards'. This new procedure helps to ensure there is a collective understanding of supervision responsibilities amongst staff to promote children's welfare. Leaders also increased their monitoring of staff practice to ensure that children are within sight or hearing at all times.

Summary of outcome
