Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 October 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the staff: child ratios, key person, and training and skills actions, raised at their last regulatory event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has improved staff deployment and child supervision through organising staff deployment in the rooms more effectively. Staff have improved the routines to help children manage the transitions better. The manager is more involved in overseeing the implementation of these changes and the impact on the children's behaviour. Key person arrangements have been strengthened through improved observation and assessment of children's development. There is a more constant staff team who know children's individual needs. Staff have also benefited from targeted training, peer observations and ongoing supervision, resulting in a better understanding of children's behaviour, improved behaviour management strategies and more consistent support for children's emotional wellbeing. We are satisfied that the actions raised at the previous regulatory event have been met. The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
