All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 18 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken some action to put this right. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

On 1 October 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. Leaders had completed further designated safeguarding lead training to strengthen their understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Staff had undertaken additional training and reflected on policies and procedures to ensure that children's behaviour is managed consistently and in line with the setting's expectations. Further arrangements had been implemented to provide staff with effective coaching and support, helping to build their confidence and improve their professional practice. In addition, the provider had introduced more robust systems to ensure that records and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner, supporting effective information sharing and promoting children's safety and well-being.
