Summary of outcome

On 30 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that all staff have received additional training and developed knowledge of internal safeguarding procedures to follow should they have concerns about a child. Leaders have developed and improved their understanding of the actions they must take if they have concerns about a child. They know that any concerns requiring immediate intervention must be reported to Children's Services in line with local safeguarding partnership procedures. This helps to safeguard and promote children's welfare. The provider has improved staff deployment during mealtimes to ensure children are effectively supervised and kept safe while eating. In addition, the provider has improved their risk assessments across the nursery to ensure that all environmental hazards are identified and

removed promptly, to support children's safety at the setting. The provider has retrained all staff on safer sleep practices and infection control procedures. They have reviewed their arrangements for storage of the bedding to support children's health and safety at the setting. We are satisfied that the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
