Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 17 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing, concerns about children's safety and welfare and suitable people. The notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

Summary of outcome
n ensure that children remain seated while eating at all times On 2 October 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that leaders have provided further coaching and support for staff to improve their communication and daily routines. Leaders have ensured that all children are assigned a key person. They have ensured that children have a secondary key person who can also support their needs and wellbeing in the absence of their primary key person. Leaders have monitored the implementation of risk assessments. They have placed signs around the premises, to remind staff of their duties to ensure the ongoing safety of the premises. Leaders have provided staff with refresher training relating to behaviour management and supporting children's personal, social and emotional development. They
