What this report says
In plain English
mixedThe nursery was found not meeting some requirements but has taken action to put this right.
Ofsted carried out a regulatory telephone call on 22 September 2026 and found the nursery was not meeting some of the early years requirements. The nursery has since taken action to correct this. Staff have completed training on the policy for supervising children, and an agency chef now covers when the nursery chef is absent so staff are not usually asked to prepare children's meals.
Going well
- The nursery notified Ofsted of significant events relating to staff ratios and food and drink facilities.
- Staff completed individual and team training on the supervision policy.
- Arrangements are in place for an agency chef to cover the nursery chef's absence.

Summary of outcome
On 22 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Staff have completed training individually and as a team to ensure their knowledge and understanding of the policy for supervising children is secure. Arrangements are in place for an agency chef to cover in the absence of the nursery chef to ensure that, whenever possible staff are not called upon to prepare meals for the children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
