Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 16 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. n ensure all staff, including managers, receive regular and robust supervision that is supportive and promotes the safety and welfare of children, by identifying and addressing weaknesses in practice promptly and ensuring all staff have the required knowledge and skills to fulfil their roles.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 September 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of their responsibilities for ensuring that all staff are suitably checked. Leaders have reviewed and updated their policies and procedures and strengthened their knowledge of safer recruitment through relevant training. All required suitability checks for staff have now been completed, providing assurance that staff are suitable to work with children. Leaders have also strengthened their approach to staff supervision, ensuring that it is used effectively to identify and address any weaknesses in practice. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
