Summary of outcome
On 20 and 23 September 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. They had reviewed and implemented robust policies and procedures which include clear procedure's to be followed in the event of an allegation against a member of staff, or in the event of a child welfare concern, in line with local safeguarding partnership guidance. These procedures set out clear timeframes to ensure any referrals are done so without delay. In addition, the provider had undertaken additional designated safeguarding lead training, strengthening their own understanding of their roles and responsibilities. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
