What this report says
In plain English
mixedThe nursery was not meeting some legal requirements, has improved security, but still needs better information sharing.
Ofsted carried out a regulatory telephone call after the nursery notified us of significant matters. The nursery was not meeting some requirements but had taken action to improve premises security and risk assessment. It was still not meeting requirements for information and record keeping, so actions have been issued. Ofsted will monitor the response, and the nursery remains registered.
Going well
- Notified Ofsted of significant matters as required
- Improved security of the premises
- Strengthened risk assessment procedures
- Remains registered with Ofsted
To improve
- Still not meeting requirements for information and record keeping
- Must put systems in place for regular two-way information flow with parents and other providers

Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 20 August 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to supporting and understanding children's behaviour, special educational needs, organising premises for confidentiality and safeguarding, risk assessment and information and recordkeeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider improved the security of the premises by strengthening risk assessment procedures. However, they were still not meeting the requirements in relation to information and record keeping. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n Put systems in place to enable a regular two-way flow of information with parents and/or carers and between other providers for example children's school setting.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the action is successfully completed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
