Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 September, the provider notified us about matters relating to suitable people and staff to child ratios and on 16 September we received some corresponding concerns.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 23 September, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had conducted research, spoken to the local authority and networked with other childminders. This had helped them to strengthen their understanding of ratios, recruitment and vetting processes that apply. As a result, they had made adaptions to their working arrangements to ensure compliance. This helps to prevent future reoccurrence and keeps children safe.

Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
