All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. n ensure children who receive inclusion funding due to an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), always receive their full entitlement of funded hours. On 14 July 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has implemented further training for staff to help them understand how to fully support children's behaviour appropriately. They have devised rules for each room to support the children's understanding and staff's expectations. The provider has taken steps to be sure that every child who is entitled to inclusion funding, receives their full entitlement of hours.
