Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 10 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, paediatric first aid, staff: child ratios and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 and 10 September 2026, we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n review procedures and strengthen oversight for the use of electronic devices to ensure they are understood and consistently implemented by staff.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 September 2026, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had reviewed and strengthened procedures for electronic devices. Personal phones are securely stored, and nursery leaders have designated oversight. The provider had updated safeguarding and social media procedures. Expectations around the use of electronic devices had been shared with all staff. Leaders had introduced ongoing monitoring to ensure procedures are understood and consistently followed. This helps safeguard children's privacy and ensures staff remain focused on children's supervision, safety and welfare. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
