Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 9 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare and suitable people.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 9 June 2026 because we believe children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. On 3 August 206, we lifted the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 25 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure that when working with another childminder you refer any concerns where another childminder does not continually meet the requirements of their registration. n ensure that you have and implement policies and procedures to keep children safe and meet EYFS requirements, particularly the action to be taken in the event of an allegation being made against anyone living, working or looking after children at the premises from which the childcare/childminding is provided.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure any person who may have regular contact with children are suitable.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 3 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit to the provider to monitor the action taken to meet the welfare requirements notice. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of the correct action to take should they have concerns about the actions of individuals who work with children. The provider has updated their knowledge and procedures to ensure that the relevant agencies are informed of any allegations made against adults working with children. The provider is also clear on their responsibilities to make sure that adults working with children are suitable. The provider has confirmed their awareness of what significant events to notify Ofsted of. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
