Summary of outcome
On 25 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last regulatory event. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider has taken appropriate steps to retrain staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in protecting children's welfare. The provider is in the process of recruiting a named deputy to take charge in the manager's absence. The provider has planned appropriate improvements to staffing arrangements to ensure qualified staff are available to work with children and to meet the ratio requirements. These improvements contribute to the welfare and wellbeing of the children and help to ensure their safety during their time at the setting. The provider has improved record keeping processes to support information sharing processes. This improvement supports the safe
