All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. Summary of outcome
On 23 September 2026, we carried out a further regulatory visit. We found the provider had undertaken additional training and sought advice from relevant professionals. They have a plan in place to support their ongoing professional development so that they continue to improve their knowledge and skills. The provider now demonstrates a secure understanding of their responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 2018 and has updated their procedures to ensure any information stored electronically is only shared with those who have a right or professional need to see it. The provider has implemented arrangements to support the two-way flow of information between the provider and parents, to ensure children's care is tailored to meet their individual needs and children are supported to move on to the next stage of development at a pace right for them. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
