Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 August 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing, suitable people, and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 3 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are implemented in the event of a whistleblowing concern.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 22 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare action raised at their last regulatory event. We found that l eaders have refreshed staff's knowledge of whistleblowing procedures and monitored their understanding of this, to ensure that leaders become aware of concerns and can take appropriate and timely action. They have strengthened staff's understanding of the recording procedures for when they have whistleblowing concern. Leaders have thoroughly investigated the whistleblowing concern, liaised appropriately with the local authority designated officer and found no evidence to corroborate the concern.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
