Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 25 February 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to changes that must be notified to Ofsted. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of changes to people aged 16 years living or working on the premises from which childcare is provided.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 April 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to suitable people.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that while the provider had notified Ofsted of a change to the persons aged 16 years or older living or working at the premises from which childcare is provided, they had failed to do so within the required timescales. Additionally, during the regulatory telephone call, we found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.
p.1
Summary of outcome
In relation to the new areas of concern, on 22 September 2026, we issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n Improve understanding of when to notify Ofsted about individuals living or working on the premises so that suitability checks are carried out and confirmed before they have contact with children
p.1
Summary of outcome
n implement robust and thorough recruitment procedures, ensuring suitable and detailed references are obtained for staff so that all relevant information is used to assess their suitability for their role. We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the actions are successfully completed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
