Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Satisfactory action had been taken to ensure an effective system was now place to record the administration of medication, with parents' consent. The provider had also identified breaches in requirements relating to information about the child and had amended documentation to include more than one emergency contact for children. They had undertaken a full review of policy and procedures and had taken action taken to strengthen these. All staff had undertaken training, and had received new induction training in their
