All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. Summary of outcome
On 10 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. They strengthened their knowledge of identifying and notifying concerns immediately to the local authority children's social care team. All staff have refreshed their knowledge of safeguarding matters, including the designated safeguarding lead. Staff are now more confident to implement the setting's safeguarding policy and procedures and have been given multiple options in which concerns can be raised, including anonymously. An open and supportive culture has been fostered to support communication. Regular one to one sessions and informal conversations have been improved, to support staff to continue to improve their practice. Leaders now undertake regular spot checks and

have refreshed their training on deployment, which ensures that children's individual care, learning and supervision needs are being met. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
