Summary of findings

The manager and staff provide exceptional and nurturing care in a warm, family-focused environment that develops the child's sense of belonging, confidence and wellbeing. Staff have built strong, trusting relationships with the child, supported family connections and facilitated positive life experiences while effectively managing complex risks that the child faces. Leaders and staff demonstrate high levels of skill, commitment and collaborative working arrangements with external agencies, contributing to the child's progress.
