Summary of outcome
On 21 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. This included strengthening staffing arrangements to improve support for staff, as well as providing additional training on safer sleep, safeguarding and behaviour management. The provider held discussions with staff about responding appropriately when children are not ready to sleep and about seeking support from colleagues and managers when additional assistance is required. These actions help to promote safe sleep practices and ensure all staff understand how to meet children's individual needs appropriately.
