Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

n ensure leaders and staff use professional curiosity when reviewing information held about children and share concerns about children's safety and welfare in line with local safeguarding partners (LSP).
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 September 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. Leaders have provided staff with more targeted safeguarding training to meet the specific needs of children currently attending. As a result, staff knowledge and understanding have improved. Leaders and staff have demonstrated increased professional curiosity, responding appropriately to concerns and sharing information promptly when required with local safeguarding partners. They have followed up on concerns to ensure they have a robust knowledge of the support in place for children at home. This has strengthened safeguarding practice. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
