Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 02 September 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessments. The provider had reviewed and strengthened risk assessment processes to ensure that any potential risks are identified, assessed and appropriately managed before activities take place. The revised process has been communicated to staff and will be monitored by leaders to ensure that it is consistently followed and remains effective. These measures help to ensure that children are kept safe. We found that the provider had strengthened their complaints policy to include documenting any concerns and how they are acknowledged and actioned to ensure that all complaints and concerns are recorded appropriately. This helps to promote children's best interests and ensure that all records are maintained accurately and are available.
