Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 11 June 2026 the provider notified us about matters relating to staff: child ratios and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who care for children. The notification was not made within the correct timescales.

Summary of outcome

On 13 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Risk assessments have been updated particularly around ensuring that the premises are secure. Leaders have also confirmed their understanding of when to notify Ofsted of any significant events.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 7 September 2026, we monitored the action taken to meet the welfare requirement notice. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding including the appropriate action to take should concerns be raised against adults who work with children. The provider has also made sure that appropriate procedures are in place to ensure that adults working with children are suitable. The provider also understands their responsibility to complete references when requested to do so. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
