Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 23 July 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare, safeguarding training, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We liaised with other agencies and carried out a regulatory telephone call on 20 August 2026. On 7 September 2026 the provider responded to our queries by email. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has updated and trained staff on the setting's safeguarding policies and procedures. The provider has improved risk assessments and leaders' oversight of the safety and suitability of the premises. These improvements help to ensure children's safety and wellbeing. The provider has taken steps to address weaknesses in leaders' oversight of the setting and address gaps in information sharing processes. This helps to support the safe and efficient management of the setting in the best interests of children. The provider has taken appropriate steps to monitor and improve the supervision of staff. This helps to identify gaps in staff practice and support them to deliver quality care and learning
