Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 6 and 18 August 2026, the provider notified us about incidents relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, staff: child ratios, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events. In addition, on 4 and 19 August 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to the same concerns.

Summary of outcome
On 11 September 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions. We found the provider had taken immediate action. All staff have completed additional training on managing children's behaviour and risk assessments. Staff have implemented strategies to support children to understand the expectations of the setting and are using a range of techniques to support children to manage their emotions and resolve conflicts in a respectful way. Risk assessments have been reviewed and updated to ensure there are no hazards or risks to children's safety. Staff deployment is effective, ensuring the appropriate supervision of children, including when eating. In addition, routines have been reviewed and changes implemented so age-appropriate activities ensure children remain engaged.
