Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare; whistleblowing; supporting and understanding children's behaviour and supervision of staff. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 15 July, 21 July, 23 July and 10 August 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures; whistleblowing; suitable people; staff taking medication/other substances; training and skills; Supervision of staff; staff: child ratios; Health; supporting and understanding children's behaviour; special educational needs; safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment; organising premises for confidentiality and safeguarding; risk assessment, information and record keeping; and changes that must be notified to Ofsted.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 18 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The provider was not meeting one of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has provided additional training for staff in safeguarding, whistleblowing procedures and supporting children's behaviour.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Additionally, during the regulatory visit on 18 August 2026, we found a new area of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting another requirement as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.

p.1

Summary of outcome

In relation to the new areas of concern, on 18 August 2026, we issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

• support staff to recognise risks in the environment and take swift action to remove and minimise any risks to children. We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the action is successfully completed.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 September 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had reviewed their risk assessment process and supported staff to recognise and understand risks in the environment and what action they need take. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
