Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 30 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to suitable people, supervision of staff, staff: child ratios, toilet and intimate hygiene and special educational needs.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 6 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements but had taken action to put things right. They have now put in place procedures to identify and take action swiftly when children have additional developmental needs. We also found the provider was not meeting one of the welfare requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

n Ensure toilet and intimate hygiene facilities are well maintained, clean and hygienic and allow younger children privacy when going to the toilet.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider has introduced an action plan that includes a new toilet cleaning schedule. They have reviewed and updated their toileting and nappy changing policy. This ensures all staff understand their roles in supporting children with intimate care routines, including ensuring children's privacy.
