p.1

This monitoring visit

The purpose of this monitoring visit is to monitor compliance with enforcement that was issued on 6th July 2026. The condition was imposed because of the provider’s decision not to place children for a prolonged period. More so, the three months’ notice was given to His Majesty’s Chief Inspector about the provider’s intention to place children from 6th October 2026.

p.1

This monitoring visit

The provider informed Ofsted on the 21st of July 2026 that they have moved one child into the home. In doing this, the provider breached their condition by moving a child into the home before inspectors could visit to monitor the home since the last full inspection. The provider decided to move a child into this home from another home in the same group, with agreement from the child’s placing authority. The decision was informed by welfare and safety factors, which meant that a prompt move for the child was required.

p.1

This monitoring visit

The child was living at this home for one week, and the organisation is planning a move for them to a new home. This move is planned for the same day as this monitoring visit took place. There have been no serious or reportable incidents for this child during their stay at this home. The child has benefited from consistent care provided by staff with whom they share strong, positive relationships.
