Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 31 August 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had taken action to ensure that her assistants who do not yet have their suitability checks in place do not work at her childminding setting. In addition, the provider has taken action to improve their risks assessments. This has included making sure that children are unable to access areas of the premises that are not safe. In addition, the provider has also carried out a risk assessment in relation to the safe use of the trampoline in the garden. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
