Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 5 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to supporting and managing children's behaviour, SEND, training and skills, safeguarding policies and procedures and concerns about children's safety and welfare. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any allegations of serious harm or abuse by anyone living, working, or looking after children at the premises.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 28 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. While the provider had notified Ofsted of an allegation against a member of staff, they did not demonstrate they understood this requirement and had made the notification following advice they received from their early years advisor. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are consistently implemented at all times when allegations are made against members of staff

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure that all staff are trained in line with the criteria set out in Annex C, with particular reference to how to respond, record and effectively refer allegations related to safeguarding in a timely and appropriate way

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 2 September 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had ensured that leaders and staff had reviewed and confirmed their knowledge and understanding of their safeguarding policies and procedures. Staff also completed face to face, Local Authority safeguarding training to ensure they are well equipped to respond to safeguarding concerns. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
