Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 August 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. On 28 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit to check compliance with the actions. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, including all staff completing additional safeguarding training. With this refreshed knowledge, the provider has ensured that staff are confident and demonstrate a thorough understanding of how and when to report and escalate concerns. Staff have undertaken further training to strengthen their confidence in challenging practice where necessary and taking appropriate action to safeguard children. The provider has also amended their safeguarding monitoring procedures where necessary. These changes to procedures and updates to training means that children are safeguarded. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
