Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. Summary of outcome
On 1 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We suspended the provider's registration on 2 July 2026 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider had a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 August 2026, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children had been removed. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 26 August 2026, we undertook a monitoring visit to check what steps the provider had taken to meet the actions set. The provider had improved their recruitment procedures and demonstrated a clear understanding of the requirement to notify Ofsted of any new individuals who live or work on the childcare premises. In addition, the provider had strengthened arrangements to ensure that staff whose suitability checks have not been fully completed are not included in child-to-staff ratios until Ofsted has confirmed their suitability. These improvements contribute to maintaining children's safety and welfare. The provider had also strengthened supervision arrangements for staff and provided opportunities for professional development to ensure they have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Improvements have been made so that staff are deployed more effectively to supervise children and maintain their safety. The provider had also taken steps to improve
