Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 16 June 2026, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report card and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 3 July 2026. This is a legal notice that required the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 22 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had taken action to ensure that unauthorised persons were not able to access the premises. They have installed additional locks to doors that lead to communal rooms to ensure children are kept safe. The provider has reviewed the risk assessments to ensure that they inform staff practice and consider all hazards within the environment. Children now have daily access to a safe and suitable outdoor area. The provider has also refreshed their knowledge and understanding around what events are notifiable to Ofsted. They have revised the nursery safeguarding policy and procedure to include how concerns about children's safety and welfare will be acted upon. The provider has also identified additional training to support them with their safeguarding
