Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 9 April 2026 the provider notified us about matters relating to organising premises for confidentiality and safeguarding. On 27 April 2026 the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures. The notifications means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 28 April 2026 and 29 April 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures; concerns about children's safety and welfare; suitable people; key person; staff: child ratios; medicines; food and drink and safety of premises.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 20 July, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting the requirement relating to organising premises for confidentiality and safeguarding and had taken action to put this right. The procedures for the arrival and collection of children had been amended to ensure children's safety. We found the provider was not meeting some of the other requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 20 July 2026 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 20 August 2026, we carried out a welfare requirements notice monitoring visit. We found that the provider had met the welfare requirements notice actions due by 17 August 2026. They had undertaken a review of all existing concerns about children and taken appropriate action. They have implemented systems to identify patterns of concern about children and to maintain oversight of safeguarding concerns. They have strengthened procedures for when children are absent. They have ensured that staff understand and can implement safeguarding policies and procedures.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 26 August 2026, we lifted the suspension because the provider had taken appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
