Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 5 August 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had strengthened staff knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and the setting's safeguarding policies and procedures. They have provided staff with refresher training and supplied examples of how they will ensure that learning from this training is embedded in staff practice. This helps to ensure that children's welfare and safety is effectively supported. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
