Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.2
Summary of outcome
On 27 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had met some of the actions set in the welfare requirement notice but not others. We found that safeguarding policies and procedures had been redistributed to staff. However, staff and leaders remained unclear about the procedures to follow in the event of allegations being raised. Therefore, safeguarding practices in the setting remain a concern.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found that there were new procedures in place to monitor children's absences. This includes contacting parents and where appropriate other professionals when children do not arrive at the setting. However, the systems for recording children's daily attendance remains ineffective and staff do not show awareness of the procedures in place. This means that children's safety is compromised.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found that there had been some focus on safeguarding during staff meetings and staff have been asked to review safeguarding policies. However, staff still start working in the setting without completing safeguarding training and do not show that they have sound knowledge on their responsibility to safeguard children or how they would report concerns. This does not support the safety and wellbeing of children.
p.3
Summary of outcome
We found that the arrangements for staff supervision remains ineffective. Staff have not yet received an effective supervision and leaders have not yet identified areas to support staff knowledge. Consequently, staff knowledge has not yet improved to ensure the best outcomes for children.
p.3
Summary of outcome
We found that leaders had implemented a key person system. However, staff and leaders had different accounts of who their key children were and failed to identify children's individual needs. This has a significant impact on children's wellbeing and does not support them to develop their skills
p.3
Summary of outcome
We found that the arrangements for managing children's behaviour remained weak and staff were unable to implement positive strategies to deal with challenging behaviour. Leaders had implemented plans for children with emerging special educational needs and or disabilities but did not feel it was effective and had not put anything further in place to support children's needs. This does not support children's individual development or wellbeing.
p.3
Summary of outcome
We found that leaders had implemented risk assessments which covered key points to ensure children's safety. However, leaders and staff did not have the required skills to identify potential risks to children or take action to put this right. In particular staff do not recognise significant hazards in their outdoor space and children continue to access these areas. This does not demonstrate that children's safety is prioritised. We found that leaders had taken action to improve their vetting and recruitment procedures. They now have processes in place that ensures all checks including references are completed prior to staff commencing employment in line with requirements. This helps to ensure that robust suitability checks are carried out for all staff and individuals who have access to children.
p.3
Summary of outcome
During the regulatory visit on 27 July 2026, we also found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.

Summary of outcome
On 18 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last regulatory event.
p.5
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had failed to notify us of changes that must be reported to Ofsted. The provider understood the importance of notifying Ofsted of required changes and has taken to steps to put this right. We found that the provider had implemented regular opportunities to improve staff's safeguarding knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities. The impact is that staff have an improved knowledge and understanding of the settings safeguarding procedures. This includes the procedures to follow in the event of allegations being raised or concerns about children. Staff are showing improved understanding of the importance of attendance and can follow absence procedures. They have also implemented training for staff to understand their role as a key person. Whilst this is in early stages of implementation, the provider had clear plans of how to support staff understanding to

improve children's outcomes. This helps to ensure children's wellbeing and safety is prioritised.
p.6
Summary of outcome
The provider has taken appropriate action to ensure the premises is suitable for all children and risk assessments have been improved to support leaders and staff to take action when necessary to eliminate any hazards. The provision for preparing food has improved significantly and the provider has put plans in place to improve this further. This supports children's safety and welfare.
p.6
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.6
Publication of compliance action
We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.
