Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 25 June 2026 and 17 July 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and special educational needs. On 17 July 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to the same requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had reviewed staff deployment, particularly within the setting's outdoor areas, and had made changes to improve how well children are supervised. Staff are more aware of their surroundings and carefully deployed to ensure that children remain within sight. In addition, the provider had made adaptations to one of the outdoor areas to eliminate any potential blind spots where children may not be visible.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Further training had also been provided for staff to reinforce the importance of recording of all incidents that occur at the setting and is shared with parents and carers.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
